Training and Stipend
The successful candidates shall attend a 12-month Banking Previews Programme which includes but is not limited to, ‘classroom-style’ training; work on the branch floor, side-by-side job shadowing; dedicated buddies, roles whilst also introducing some of the various day-to-day activities that take place within a bank.
During this time, the apprentices will be given a monthly stipend of ₹15,000. However, the apprentices will have no rights to other allowances like DA, house rent allowance or medical allowance, etc.
